Michaelmas Fete - A wonderful day out!

The Fete took place on Sunday 27th Sep 2015 to celebrate the conclusion of the TotonUnearthed project. Along with the unveiling of two interpretation boards at both Manor House and Watermill archaeological sites, an assembled collection of entertainers, craftspeople, and local residents bathed in the Autumn sunshine to give Toton a rare day out! Create a Model Mill competition.. And winners

Well we had some very interesting entries for the Create a Model Mill competition - from complete mill models, to a windmill, and then to a picture of a water mill - well we had fun judging at the Fare! Two watermills were clear winners... Well done to everyone!

The two winning entries are now on display at Toton Library. Congratulations.
